If you just want to only see the resource content you can add ?nodecorator at the end of the url...

You could also use skin to hide part of the view for guest.

A very nice way to do that would be to have a virtual host where things are non-decorated and another ("the back office") where things are decorated (the classical appearance).

Is that doable ? What would be the name of, e.g. the httprequestservlet object within the JSPs?

Well...

For the guide, an old version used to exist but by now it's fully outdated. An easier way will be to look at an existing libresource resource (i.e. Wiki page) and understand how it works. I can guide you in the code. This could be done in a forum then transformed to a wiki later.

For the decoration of a node:

its possible to change the Common layout/decoration but not for a specific resource easily. It's possible but a bit tricky.

Hello Libresourcers,

at times, I have the impression that Libresource would be a very very nice CMS… and could even compete with, e.g., Drupal (!).

I am unclear about the flexibility though…

is there a hacker's guide to writing a module?
is there a simpler way to write nodes with even less decoration than is currently (e.g. no "login", "actions", bread-crumbs, and even tabs, maybe) ?
