When try shutdown, drop, create, register root, login and bootstrap I has

      Problem during import()
      Caused by : Error in createFile : ERREUR: doit être super-utilisateur pour utiliser lo_import() du côté serveur

So the problem is that libresource need a postgres account with super-user priviliege...

You can close the bug and add this need in install document :)
