thanks in advance

The only docu seems to still talk about the local subversion server.

thanks

So I would expect to find a possibility to add a "new subversion repository" as one resource type; in there one should enter the simple mod_svn URL and the rest would be transparent: notifications, history browsing, ...

Externals (svn externals), would then come as a fancy artifact to create artificial mod_svn URLs to encompass several others.

Do I understand that my first supposition is wrong?

thanks in advance

Saying LS supports "remote subversion" is definitely a gained freedom!

And then… if you're talking of externals… you say it… svn externals as well ? (i.e. only track a sub-tree that is populated with external).

Then the authentication is performed by an apache auth-module, and can also be remote.]]>
