Required urgent help to configure workspace in my application server

Hi I want configure LibraSource with my application. The scene should be like : We have web page in which there are many widget and one of the widget should be "Wiki". My application is running in Tomcat 5.5. After clicking the wiki widget, user should directly go to wiki user id where user want to create WORKSPACE. Currently, we have to install patch for creating workspace. I want to automitically install this patch to our server (Tomcat). Please help me to solve this proble. Its very urgent. So i need urgent help.
