The important thing is that : 
found   : org.libresource.wiki.HistoryEntry
required: org.libresource.note.HistoryEntry

It seem's that somewhere your are still using wiki.HistoryEntry instead of note.HistoryEntry.

Check that by listing line that contains wiki in your note package: 

cd xxx/note/
grep -ir wiki *
